All our English language tutors are highly experienced and certified to teach English as a second language. They hold university degrees and are committed to helping students achieve their learning goals.
We use a variety of teaching methods, focusing on practical applications for real-life situations. Online lessons are designed to be interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an online lesson/online lessons, please email us at hello@smartstudycentral.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will result in the lesson being counted.
You can pay for lessons securely via PayPal, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay directly on our website. Full payment for your selected package is required before online lessons begin. Please note, the free trial lesson
If you encounter unforeseen circumstances, you can email us at hello@smartstudycentral.com to pause your online lessons. You must communicate a return date or provide an update within 30 days to resume your lessons. Refunds are not provided for lessons stopped without communication or reason.
Online lessons can be booked online based on your English language tutor's availability. Depending on your selected package, you can choose to schedule 1, 2, or 3 lessons per week.
You don't need to purchase any materials. We provide all necessary lesson materials, including additional resources for home practice.
Yes, we offer a free trial lesson to help you get to know our teaching style and discuss your specific learning needs.
Yes, we offer both group online lessons and private tutoring. Group lessons are ideal for practicing conversational English, while private lessons provide personalized attention for faster progress.
Yes! Our online lessons are conducted purely online, and you can join from anywhere in the world using the Zoom link we provide.
Group Lessons: A minimum intermediate (B1/B2) level of conversational English is recommended to ensure a smooth learning experience
